We will be using an external website not controlled by ENS domains. Be cautious at all times!
Your profile icon image is connected to your ENS avatar. Therefore, if you set up an ENS avatar, the avatar image will be displayed on your profile icon.

You can use an HTTPS link or IPFS hash for your ENS avatar, but if you’d like to put an NFT that you own, please read the articles below. These might be helpful for you.
And to set up your NFT as an ENS Avatar, you can use mintyourpfp.xyz/ens developed by @gregskril.eth. This website can help you to set your ENS Avatar(Primary ENS Name of your wallet) from your NFTs.
