Phi Lands are directly tied to the ENS it was created with. By transferring/selling your ENS to a new owner, the Phi Land associated with it will also transfer to the new owner.

In this section, let me describe the process after the ENS has been transferred.

1. Access to

2. Connect your wallet and select your ENS transferred

3. Click on "CHANGE OWNER"

4. Confirm the transaction

5. Now, you successfully changed the owner of Phi Land.
